DELIVERY TIME
All deliveries are made by Swiss Post. The orders are sent from our warehouse in Switzerland to your specified delivery address. Please note that delivery to post office boxes is not usually made.

Orders are processed on Fridays from 9:00 to 11:00 am.

Please note that orders received on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until Monday morning.

Estimated delivery times after shipping:

European Union 3-7 business days. As soon as the package has left our premises, you will automatically receive an e-mail with the tracking number, which you can use to track the delivery status.

Other countries: 5 to 10 working days. Please note that for deliveries outside the European Union, the order will not be processed and shipped on the same day. Before we can ship the packages, they have to go through customs. This usually takes 3/4 days. For this reason it usually takes about 10 days until the packages arrive at your place.

Couture Crinial is not liable for delays in shipment caused by international customs matters or other circumstances according to the company’s own controls.

Please note that orders with more than one item may be shipped from different locations and therefore more than one package may be delivered.

We will process these orders as quickly as possible, but small delays may still occur.

FREE SHIPPING
From time to time we offer free shipping worldwide as a promotion. To be informed about it by e-mail, just sign up for the newsletter. Please note that the free shipping will only be applied when you provide your payment details.

FEES AND TAXES
All shipments outside the European Union may be subject to charges, which will be borne by the ordering party. We cannot predict what these charges may be.

For more information about the customs regulations in your country, please contact your local customs office customer service.

Couture Crinial delivers on DDP basis (delivered duty paid) to the following countries:
European Union, USA, Canada, China, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, South Korea, Kuwait, Qatar, Israel, India, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Japan and Mexico.

This means that all fees and taxes on the final total price are already included in the price at the time of confirmation of the order and therefore no further costs are incurred for delivery.

The price you see is also the price you pay.

REQUEST A RETURN

If you have placed an order as a guest and would like to return the goods, please send an email to: info@crinial.ch with the order number as the subject.

If you are a registered customer, log into your customer account. You will find the procedure for the returns in your order details.

RETURN FORM

You can return the goods you were not satisfied with within 14 days (the 14-day period begins on the day you received the goods).

Please follow the steps below to complete the return:

GUEST:

  1. Go to the Customer Service category
  2. Click on REQUEST RETURN
  3. Include the required information in the email (order number, surname on account, email address)
  4. Send the package to this address: Pestalozzistrasse 11, 9400 Rorschach (St. Gallen), Switzerland

REGISTERED CUSTOMERS:

  1. Log in with the usual login information
  2. Go to “MY ORDERS” to view all orders
  3. For each order there is the possibility to go to “return”, which opens the return form to fill it in and send it off
  4. Under “RETURNS” you can also view open and processed returns

REGISTER RETURN:

Please note that we can only exchange items for a different size / color, NOT for a different model. If you are interested in another model, you have to place a new order.

The return is free, which means that we pay for the collection / return of your items.

Crinial is under no obligation to take back the goods if they have been used, carried, washed or damaged. Please pack the goods as you received them, and note that we do not accept items without the tags attached.

Returns of underwear are accepted provided the tags are attached to the items. Please try them on over your own underwear.

Delivery of damaged / wrong goods

Please contact our customer service immediately if you receive wrong / damaged goods. These goods are accepted as returns and exchanged / refunded. Please follow the usual instructions when returning this product. You have the option to choose the reason for the return directly in the return form.

Personalized items

Payouts, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of personalized products

REFUND TIME

Please note that we have up to 30 days from the day we receive your return in our warehouse to complete the refund.

Of course we do our best to refund your money as quickly as possible within 30 days.

– Refund payments to credit card / PayPal accounts typically take up to 5 days from the time we receive the return in our warehouse.

– Refund payments to bank accounts typically take up to 10 days from the time we receive the return in our warehouse.

Please note that the shipping costs you paid for the delivery of your order will NOT be reimbursed.
